Meet Tara

Hi, I’m Tara, the Director of Experience Hope Ministries. I moved to Jinja, Uganda in April 2021, and have since dedicated my life to working with street-boys in the area. Along with my Ugandan partners, we strive to share the love of Jesus Christ through weekly Bible study, church services, mentorship, medical care, housing, and education.

These children and young men are often considered outcasts in their community and have lost hope for a better tomorrow. Our mission is to help them experience hope in a new light. Through our efforts, we aim to transform their lives, providing them with the spiritual, emotional, and practical support they need to thrive.
